The BeoviewApp, developed by Beoview Intercom d.o.o, Belgrade, Serbia, is committed to protecting users’ private data. The app uses only the minimum possible information required to provide the service and has no unnecessary or hidden behavior.
The following data is collected and stored:
A unique identifier generated when pairing the BeoviewApp with the Beoview monitor.
The identifier provided by Google and Apple for sending incoming call notifications.
Phone name (on phones that support it) for displaying on the Beoview monitor.
IP address and other communication details for diagnostics purposes (automatically deleted after one month).
Personal information is neither requested nor collected.
All stored data related to pairing is deleted when the BeoviewApp is unpaired from the Beoview monitor.
Communication between the BeoviewApp and the Beoview Cloud is made over a secure channel protected by TLS 1.2 or later.
Administrative, technical, and physical security measures are used to help protect user data.
User private data is not shared with any third party.
The privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Users will be notified of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
